Starter Deck Ciri D. Wrothyr

A Starter Deck in the style of our unwitting World Guardian from the Trigamon Anime series. Lunar HEROs are intended as counters against popular archetypes, designed to slow down the game state. All Lunar HERO monsters cannot be removed from the Deck other than being Picked Up or Drawn, which has its basis in the anime, where what Lunar HERO card Ciri draws is dictated for all practical purposes by quantum mechanics and hidden variables.

So please enjoy this new kind of HERO deck, one that's more or less based on magical girls and their ilk.

Lunar HERO Numii (pronounced New-mee). Designed to counter the rare "Alien" decks. Aliens are not popular today, but they are not completely worthless either, at least according to youtube pundits like Rank10Yugioh. Nonetheless, Numii is a card from several years ago, and who knows, Aliens may get more support at some point. And even if you don't need her effect, 2200 Defense power isn't bad for a level 4.

For those interested, Numii has some lore behind her: She's a member of a civilization that has fought aliens for generations.
