The Trigamon Project

About Trigamon

About Trigamon

Imagine a world where imagination is an illusion. The cause? Glimpses into parallel universes.

The upshot? Literally everything you imagine is real somewhere in the vast, vast multiverse... or at least something vaguely similar to it.

This is the Trigamon Universe, home of The Divine Parody. In this universe, everything from Pokémon to Star Wars is real, well, in some capacity. In this story, this universe bumps into the universe we know (and presumably love), threatening to jumble up reality with (perceived) fantasies. And into this mess, our human protagonist is thrown into, being knocked from our universe to the other, with several hundreds of tons of other matter.

The Trigamon Project is an attempt to explore this reality, through the power of parody and uncommon sense. Consisting of both a (to-be) animated series, and an (in-development) downloadable Java game, we invite you to explore this reality, or even contribute if you are so inclined, contact me (no, seriously).

Thus, having been 'isekai'-ed, much like the great poet Dante before him, and NOT AT ALL like the dozens of harem isekai anime protagonists to be envisioned afterwards, our protagonist is tasked with finding his way home. The road back is a long and winding one, but illuminated by familiar characters from Ash Ketchum to Ratbert, from Dr. Who to Peter Pan, and from Black★Star to even Kermit the Frog. But prior knowledge of the original literature will only get you so far. In reality, there's no reason that events have to go exactly by said literature. Reality mimics fiction, but it always gets the details wrong.

(Trigamon is a parody anime, which attempts to explore the world created by the collective imagination of humankind. All non-original content exists solely for the sake of said parody.)

Trigamon contains a card game, a computer game, and a set of stories covering a 2-dimensional (cylindrical) timeline. As for the Trigamon themselves, they are a polyphyletic group of eukaryotic organisms with evolutionary adaptations for non-lethal interspecies combat.
