Since Konami never released any "Speed World" card in the TCG/OGC, we had to fill that void. "B.E.N.J.Y." is an acronym for an ancient life form from a different universe, known as a "Biological Entropy - Negligent J238 You-nit." (J238 is the kind of bio-processor this creature ran on)
This card emulates the Speed World for real world Duels in the style of turbo duels. It works just like the Speed World from the Yu-Gi-Oh™ NDS games, except it has different effects for different number of counters removed.
Also note that this card's effect borrows language from the original (illegal) The Seal of Orichalcos card. While this makes it fairly permanent, there are ways to get this card off the field once it's played. Effect modification (such as Nullification), de-activation, and Overrides (card effects with the "@Override" tag still effect this card.

The concept for this card was conceived several years ago, but at least it gets past Magic Deflector.

As you probably can guess, negative damage is gaining life points. Also note that Jupiter doesn't look this big from the surface of Pluto. "Plutonian" is not literal.

Note that the reverse of a disqualification is a anti-disqualification. Which means the next disqualification won't count.

Introducing Number 667: Hate Eater. This number card requires 6 Xyz Materials, but one is expected to be using The Seal of Orichalcos to turn a Formula (aka Spell/Trap) Zone into a monster zone to summon this guy. (Yes, you can also use a virtual Monster Zone or the Extra Monster Zone) Since the real Seal of Orichalcos was watered down, you're going to have to extend your field other ways or use a monster that can be treated as 2 Xyz Materials, or an opponent's monster, or maybe a card in your hand.
His effect might seem a little bit weird, especially his ability to let both players win, an effect which will inevitably need a few rulings to resolve, however when you put this in context, it becomes far less bizarre: the effect is designed to save everyone from the Orichalcos, which by the way is/was/will be his dinner.
His name was originally going to be "Hate Hater", but it was changed to make him sound a bit more proactive about his problems. The Trigamon anime will make sense of him, and how he fits in to the whole Orichalcos story.
